REPAIR POLICY 

Please note: While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or changes that may occur during technical adjustments on  eyewear frames not purchased from our store. We take every precaution to ensure your satisfaction and aim to minimize any potential issues.
Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

WARRANTY POLICIES 

  • All frames have a one year warranty from the date of purchase, redeemable by the owner of the glasses. 
  • Frame warranty is limited to one replacement. 
  • Warranty does not include shipping or labour charges. 
  • Frame warranty covers manufacture’s defects only. 
  • We are not responsible for any prescription changes made by the doctor. 
  • No Warranty on scratched, chipped, cracked, lost or broken lenses. 
  • Deposit will not be refunded once the lenses have been manufactured.
  • Orders are automatically cancelled if they are not collected within 3 months (deposit   will not be refunded).
  • Warranty does not cover loss or theft of eyeglasses (including frames and/or lenses).
  • Customers must show original receipt for any frame warranty replacement. 
  • Products purchased over 30 days will have the product sent to the Manufacturer for any Warranty. We are not responsible for any damage to a customer’s supplied frame or lenses.
